Statement by Board President Abu Shakoor about Common Charges at
Parkchester South Condominium

The Parkchester South Condominium Board, after spending considerable time carefully reviewing all options, acted in the best interests of our fellow owners to address critical, concealed and unforeseen conditions that could potentially lead to safety issues for our residents. By temporarily increasing common charges, management can make these necessary and critical repairs to improve the structural integrity of the Parkchester South buildings and  ensure the safety of our community and the security of our investments.

We held an informational session on January 20, 2016 with over 400 owners and residents, to have their questions and concerns addressed by the Board. Residents of Parkchester South are encouraged to contact us directly for further information.
