Summer Recreation Program The Parkchester North and South Condominiums and Mosholu Montefiore Community Center are sponsoring a summer recreation program for Boys & Girls Entering 1st – 5th Grades, Monday through Thursday, 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM. The program starts Tuesday, July 9 and Ends Thursday, August 15 and will include active and quiet games, educational activities, sports games, drama, music, arts and crafts and more. Children should bring a snack and a beverage. The program will employ teen counselors through the NYC Summer Youth Employment Program. The counselors will be supervised by trained staff of Mosholu Montefiore Community Center, who has sponsored similar programs throughout the Bronx for more than 20 years. Registration will take place on Saturday June 15th from 10:00am to 1:00 pm and Tuesday, June 18th and Thursday June 20th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the rear of 1576 Unionport Road.
