Parking Rules and Regulations
You must be a registered resident of Parkchester South Condominium and your vehicle and drivers license must be registered to your Parkchester South Condominium address in order to obtain a parking sticker.
Vehicles are permitted to park temporarily out of stall (not in fire zone) with the flashers on for 20 minutes or less.
Vehicles cannot remain parked in the same stall for more than 15 days.
Vehicles cannot park beyond the yellow gates or within fire zones.
Parking stickers are only valid for the vehicles they are issued to. If any information changes regarding your vehicle, please notify the Resident Services Department immediately.
In the event that you change vehicles, you must return the old vehicle’s parking sticker, if not a $50.00 fee will be imposed. There are no exceptions. This fee must be paid by either Money Order or a Bank Certified Check.
Transferring stickers to another vehicle will result in the vehicle being towed.
All vehicles that have been issued a parking permit must fit within the dimensions of the parking stalls (21ft by 8ft. 10in.). A measurement will not be taken for each applicants vehicle, however if they do not fit within the stall dimensions they will be subject to tow and their parking sticker will be voided and revoked.
All Vehicles parked in a PSC stall must properly display a valid NYS vehicle registration, inspection sticker and a PSC parking sticker.
Expired Inspection Stickers- All vehicles that are permitted to park in the South but have an expired Inspection Sticker will be given the following month to correct the condition, e.g., expires December 31, 2016, subject to tow on February 1st, 2017.
Expired Registration- All Vehicles that are permitted to park in the South but have an expired Registration will be given the full following month to correct the condition, e.g., expires January 21st, 2017, subject to tow on March 1st, 2017.
Violations of the above will result in your vehicles being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
All parking regulations are enforced 24 hours a day.
